NOTES:

• Our main facility is the Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Sports Performance Center (WBRSPC).

• Your player can come in and use cages free of charge. Do not book the cage in advance, or you will have to pay for it.

• We will also use the Quarry Fieldhouse in Romeoville at 535 Anderson Dr. on various days for practice.

• Catchers who want to participate in our catcher training, contact Sean Osborne

• Attendance - Please do not contact us if your player is going to miss, we will work with whoever is there. If your player wants to attend another age group's practice contact Sean to confirm.

• Practice attire includes baseball pants, belt, hat, Hounds shirt if possible (if not, baseball appropriate). On days they have Functional Athlete (Strength and speed training), bring shorts to change into.
